I am trying to determine the heat lost from a boiler into the boiler room. I want to make sure I have proper ventilation in the summertime. I have gone back-and-forth with my vendor and received a calculation sheet, but most of it doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

It's not so much the boiler itself that is heating up the space, it's all my black iron and copper piping.
